Quickly check the period, filters, fields, and access permissions.

Why a report is empty or shows unexpected values
An empty result usually comes from a filter, period, selected dataset, or permissions rather than a broken report.
1. Remove the latest filter
Disable the latest condition. If rows return, check its operator and values.
2. Check period and aggregation
Confirm that dates fall in the selected range and that a measure uses the expected aggregation. Comparing a sum and an average often produces different conclusions.
3. Check dataset and permissions
A field can be unavailable to your role, and a dataset might not be published for the team. Compare with a simple report containing one dimension and one measure.
When to contact an administrator
Provide the report link, expected result, period, and reproduction steps. Do not send exports containing personal or sensitive data.
Next step
Return to filters and segments if the cause involves data conditions.
