How to get started with Prizma BI

Welcome! In a few minutes you will create your first report and find the main tools.

What you will achieve

You will open a workspace, choose data, and save a report draft.

1. Open a workspace

After signing in, choose a workspace and team in the switcher on the left. A workspace is a shared project space; a team brings together people working with the same data.

2. Create a report

From the team home page or sidebar, select Create → Report. Choose a dataset in the library and select Continue. Add dimensions and measures in the builder. You can apply filters while exploring the data, but they are not saved when creating the draft.

3. Save the result

Give the report a clear name when selecting the dataset, then select Save in the builder. The new report is a draft accessible only to its owner. Creating it requires write permission; if saving fails, check the library before trying again.

If something goes wrong

Check that you have access to the dataset and workspace. If the problem continues, contact support from the Help menu.
