Check export status, find a finished file, and avoid repeating a heavy query unnecessarily.

Updated: Aug 28, 2026

How to find and download export history

Export history keeps created files for the current workspace. It shows format, status, size, row limit, and creation time.

What you will achieve

You will find a completed export, verify its parameters, and download the file without running the same report again.

1. Open history

In a report, select Export history. The list loads and refreshes while the dialog is open.

2. Check status

A completed file can be downloaded. Queued and processing statuses mean that the file is still being created. On failure, check source-report parameters before running it again.

3. Find the file

Use search by file name, format, or status. Compare size, row limit, and creation time with the expected export.

Verify the result

  • export status is completed;
  • file name and period match the required report;
  • the file contains the expected row count;
  • access to the file matches your role.

Security

Do not download or send files with restricted or personal data through insecure channels. If a colleague needs a current version, give them access to the report.

Next step

Read exporting a report result to create a new export with required filters.
